Infant Crisis Center

Two years ago I was commissioned (with several other Oklahoma artists) to create artwork for the Infant Crisis Center's new facility. The Infant Crisis Center (ICC) is a non-profit organization that provides all amenities to babies and toddlers. It is a wonderful organization and I was honored to be included with all the other talented artists.

Members of the ICC Board had seen a series of mine titled "Young Mothers" which fit their organization perfectly. Following are eight of the twelve paintings I created which now hang on the walls of this wonderful place:

40 x 42

40 x 42

20 x 24

20 x 24

20 x 24

20 x 24

20 x 24

Mission: Infant Crisis Center provides life sustaining formula, food and diapers to babies and toddlers in times of crisis...Because no baby should go hungry.

Branching Out

After years of hesitation, I was recently forced out of my comfort zone and into the cyber world. This is a good thing! I am fortunate enough to have been selected to "hock my wares" at The Creative Connection in Minneapolis, MN, this September. I am very excited about this new venture! But, it meant that I had to put into action all the things I have talked about through the last couple of years in the span of a week!

This blog is one of those things! Please be patient and hopefully it will turn into something inspirational to check out.

These are a few of my paintings that were at The Oklahoma City Symphony Showhouse last month:
